Review for Pebble Creek Apartments

I love the area and the people in the complex. However, the noise from Hwy 89 is horrible at all hours of the night from my apartment. I went a week without heat in March while they got around to fixing it. The bottom of my dish washer is entirely covered in mold and smells and when I requested it to be fixed or replaced I was told yeah, alot of the units have that just try to scrub it out with some CLR. The seal around the door to my balcony was ripped out when I moved in, in November and I had high heating bills all winter because they kept promising me they would fix it. It was finally fixed last week! I'm guess repairs are finally being made because my lease will be up next month. I had two pages of problems with my apartment from when I moved in that were not even looked at until a couple of weeks ago. The lighting is not very good at night so if you come home at night it is very dark. Absolutely no lighting in the parking lot and my covered space leaks so if it rains I get soaked trying to get my kids in the car. After all of this they have decided that although last year when I signed my least my rate included my cat this year it will not and I will have to pay and extra 25 a month for my cat. I think they should be paying me money back for lying about the noise level when I specifically asked about it and for adveritizing that I would have a dishwasher and garbage disposal when, neither one worked and the sink leaked all over when I tried to do the dishes besides the broken seal and the heating issues. I would not suggest this complex to anyone. If anyone know who the proper authority is to complain to please let me know!
