Apartment Reviews for Orchard Lane Apartments - North Salt Lake

We have HUGE bedrooms. We love our balcony. It's a quiet community. (With only 1 and 2 bedroom apartments there are no large families with teenagers causing havoc... let's not talk about our OLD place!) :) Orchard Lane has a GREAT on-site management team. They are really "down to earth" people who really work hard. Josh does his job well. Our AC went out, and they got someone out to start working on it that week! (Again, our old place it took them NEARLY THE WHOLE SUMMER!!!) The place is really nicely landscaped.

It is DEFINITELY not how those other comments described it. It is great. Clean. Nice. Good price, compared to the new fancier places. AND A FABULOUS LDS WARD!!!!!

THE ONLY down fall (and it is very minimal) is the complex is near the fire station. SOMETIME we get to hear a siren or two a week at MOST. It isn't bad, and we've learned to block it out, but it could bug some people.
