Review for Canyon Cove Apartments

This is an horrible apartment especially for the winter season. It is so hard to keep this apartment warm in the winter. It has lot of windows plus 100% window in master bedroom. It doesn't feel any private.

This apartment is very dirty. The pipe freeze all the time and you get no water many times in the winter. I have a hard time to get them to fix the problem at my home. They always postpone and finally fix something when you YELLED at them at least 3rd times. They never keep outside clean. I have gotten a kitchen fan in FIRE! Because it is VERY OLD by OVER 30 YEARS! I have told them to exchange it. They didn't listen and then it got in FIRE! This apartment is VERY UNSAFE! Dirty rusty water come out of tub water everytime you turn the water on. It is SO GROSS!

The worst thing of all is they are DISHONEST with gas price. We, all complexes, pay the same price of natural gas. It is divided by gas price to make equal pay for everyone in complex. That way the landlord can CHEAT with cost and steal more money from us. It is always SO HIGH natural gas cost. Our property are only 850 sq ft. It cost $140 few months. Lowest ever in summer was $45. I have never paid this much in my life not even close. The highest I ever had to pay in the winter was only $50. Lot and lot of people around here COMPLAINED to the landlord. The landlord keep LYING and said that is low price and they always take 25% off the price. The electricity are separate by everyone. The natural gas are together.

We have to pay $1.25 for washer and dryer. However we PAY for HOT WATER for the washer not the landlord. THE THIEF!

It is VERY LOUD apartment. The LOUDEST apartment I have ever lived in. I have lived in more than 10 different apartment. I am DEAF but the driving way STILL ANNOYING MY SLEEP! I can easily feel the car loudly vibration driving through.

This apartment have lot of crimes, stealing, once got fire in apartment complex from the murder who started it on purpose to kill someone. I am very scary to live here. It is very unsafe to live here. That is why the security always drive through around our complex because this complex have the HIGHEST crimes in Utah.

The only thing I like about this apartment is it is on uphill and have a nice view around little city. However that is only if you live in right number room. Not all apartment get that view. Only a few. I am lucky one who got that view here. However still it isnt worth it to live here.

The price of renting here is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! It might look cheap but the property is horrible PLUS THE GAS PRICE IS HIGH! I wanna HELL OUTTA OF HERE! I wish I made my lease SHORT not a year lease! I was stuck because I moved here from other state. GRRR!
