Review for Canyon Cove Apartments

The apartments have terrible insulation, noise problems or all sorts (use your imagination), crime problems, etc. We smelled marajuana often, our truck was broken into twice, their grounds-person tossed some of my stuff that was left on the ground from the second truck break-in into the trash! the management did very little to improve the grounds and NOTHING to improve our particular building. Their best maintanence guy was the most helpful, but either quit or was fired; he was the only one doing anything aparently. Their sales manager, bless his heart, had to go around their problems just to sell any of their places. Bad wind problems. Our elevator and laundry were broken often. Management was difficult to deal with. We felt like they WANTED us to move out or something. And we're very nice people!

After all of these problems they let us out of our apartment and lease a little early but are now sueing us for a LOT of money. We still dont know exactly why.

I would avoid this place if I were you. Or at least write a bad review after you go through the same thing.
