Review for Chevy Chase Apartments

I currently live in these apartments and I am counting down the days until my lease is up!!!
This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in!!
The Management is a joke. The Maintanence man is very nice and friendly but the Management is very rude and beyond lazy!! It takes forever to get them to do anything! As soon as Mike (the maintenance guy) is aware of a problem he comes right over and is only to happy to help. But if it's something he cannot fix good luck ever getting it taken care of.
The parking is a nightmare! there are not nearly enough spaces for all the residence and with bad weather the parking lot is a hazard zone! Ice, snow, puddles anything you can think of.
As for the apartment itsself it isn't so bad. When I moved in however you could tell they put forth the minimum effort to get it ready for a new resident. Also you have to keep the heat cranked up all winter since the windows are not double pane and you will freeze to death otherwise. The hot water heater apparently has the maximum capacity of 1/2 a gallon. The water is warm for about 3 minutes and then you are freezing!! The carpet is older and peeling up against the walls. The paint is splotchy. You can tell it hasn't been painted over completely in a very long time, only spots have been painted.
Over all this has been a terrible renting experience and I cannot wait until I can move!!
