Review for College Terrace Apartments

I lived there for 3 months during the summer with summer rates. It was really cheap and new and claimed to be BYU housing. the place was okay but the people there weren't. Every night and I mean every night there were parties until 3 in the morning in the parking lot and the walls are to thin so I cant think of one night that I actually slept well. I always had to park a very large distance away from my apartment. The management seemed nice, but when i left they inspected my apartment and told me I could get my deposit back. So I left a self addressed envelope there after about 4 months it still hadnt came so I went back and asked them they still had it and said they would ship it off right away. Well that was 2 years ago and i still have never recieved it. The Police were called out there many time to try and calm the keggers they had there "BYU housing yeah right they let anyone in" I wasent even attending BYU I was an UVSC student and could dare less but it was horrible. I cant recommend it the management seemed nice but all the other problems blew that out of the water.
