Review for Winter Haven Apartments

Pretty much there is a freaking fee for everything and the management is horrible. Short hours in the first place and they aren't even there half the time. it takes forever for them to fix things. Somethings never fixed. Lots of excuses for there ignorance. I would never rent here again and I would hope that no body else does. Rent is high and never drops for summer so watch out!

The following are the fees that winter haven has. application fee(for background and credit check). Deposit. utility fee (for handling the bills). Selling Contract fee (for the transfer of a contract). If this tenant was given any other charge it was a fine not a standard fee. It is too bad they don't want to rent from here again. If you sign a one year lease than the rates stay constant every month. It is the advantage of being in the nicer building with the washer and dryers. The old building with no washer and dryer has summer contracts that are discounted. Winter Haven as of August 2008 has new management and new maintenance, so hopefully tenants don't feel this way anymore.
