I would like to respond to this review. As the manager of Winter Haven it saddens me to see this comment. So i wish to leave an explanation. This tenant was set up on Automatic Withdrawal. He never notified us to cancel the withdraw and as a result it bounced his account. A check was cut for him the next business day after the tenant called and complained. I don't see how that makes us horrible. It is just an unfortunate incident that he could have avoided had he cancelled his automatic withdrawal. As the new manager I do not charge my tenants without givingt em a warning first.
