Apartment Reviews for Remington Place - Orem

I lived here with my husband for 8 months. Our dishwasher was broken most of the time, maintenance is slow and not well trained. The office is difficult to reach by phone, there is usually a line of people if you go in person, and it is disorganized and unreliable. The unit we were shown before moving in, but the unit we got was all tile--chilly on the ground floor. Parking spots are not assigned so it was luck if you got one near your apartment, and friends had to have your guest pass in their car and had to leave by midnight. We had our car in the shop and were using a rental. The office closed early without notice and we were not able to get an overnight parking pass, so we were booted at our own parking lot!
