Apartment Reviews for Pleasant Springs - Pleasant Grove

This Pleasant Springs Apartments review is that the place is no good. they are expensive and raise rent prices all the time. I lived there for 1 year and i was the only living there the entire time. My habits did not change but somehow my water and trash bill went up every month (it seemed to go up the more vacant units there were in the complex - there were 4 in my bldg for over 3 months, yet they claimed they were 'full'). Their internet is 'High Speed' and runs at just above Dial up during peak hours. You are stuck with Dish Network Satellite and cannot use your own vendor. Unless you can afford $1000/month for a one bedroom unit, are never at home and don't need reliable internet access, this place is not for you.
