Great Place! Will Sign Another Contract!

I've lived here for 3 months, and will be signing a contract for next year as soon as they're available. This place is newly renovated. That means new carpet, lenolium, vanity mirror, bathtub, light fixtures, and a new coat of paint, outside and in. Very well kept up. Management is lovely, and understanding. Very fast about fixing repairs.

The lighting is wonderful with overhead lighting in all rooms except the living room which has valence lighting (enough for me). Outside every apartment has a porch light that is always on. It makes for a very cheerful place to come home to at night. Parking is less than perfect, but really not bad at all. I drive everyday and pull into the parking lot at all times of the day. There is often scarce parking late at night but for the past three months I've probably parked on the street 5-6 times. Not bad. It helps that parking is enforced. I've seen boots on cars, and tickets given out. Parking stickers are free so maybe it's a bummer for your visiting friends, but keeps the spaces open for you more often.

Some friends are moving in this next semester in part due to high recommendations from many residents. I'm really happy they are. And I'm proud to bring friends home to my place. Oh, and you pay a straight $100 a semster for utilites. Use as much heat or AC as you want.

Some negatives: the bedrooms are not the biggest by any means. "Cozy" as the pictures say. If you need your space, then I'd recommend a private room. I moved in with a good friend so it wasn't a problem for me personally. A couple walls are cinderblock, not everywall in a room though. AC didn't always cool our place the best. We supplemented with a fan in the summer. Theres no lounge or gameroom. If this is your idea of a social life then this isn't for you.
