We were with out heat for 3 weeks right when the weather was the coldest and ended up calling BYU houseing who came out and fixed the problem within 1 hour of calling them.

The bathroom upstairs over flowed and got out into the hall and warped the floor. It also soaked down through the walls to the basement bathroom and made the paint bubble and leak. They still haven't been out to take care of that.

The more we hear other tell of thier stories of TPM the more we wonder how they are still able to rent.
