Review for Brookview Apartments

With the hundreds of options in Provo for student housing, this is among the worst. Management is rude, uncaring, and treats tenants like children. Get absolutely everything (especially estimates for when repairs will be done) in writing, and be prepared to call up the off-campus housing office if you want to get anything done.

The place is NOT up to BYU code... so once that news gets around, you probably won't be allowed to live there very long anyways.

The most annoying is that they never, never, never clean the snow and ice off of their parking during the winter (as they're required to by BYU code), so don't expect a pleasent stay in that regard.

The apartments are adequate, but utility service is so-so. Also, there is a heavy mix of students and non-students (again, against BYU's code), so study time is non-existent.

Avoid, avoid, avoid at all cost. After 1 semester of the new management last year, over 80% of the tennants left. There's a reason for that. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
