Review for Brookview Apartments

I currently live here and live among cracked paint, dusty, stains coming from vents, all closets missing doors, no door knobs on bedroom doors, mold, very scratched linolium, very little upkeep, no water pressure, the hot water is shared with several apartments so hot water is rare, very noisy appliances, and there is no weatherproofing on windows and doors. Expect to pay upwards of 60 dollars per month in utilities, especially in winter. My roomates and I paid 75 each one month to keep our apartment heated to a measly 62 degrees. COLD! It's no deal in the summer either. They are crap hole apartments, which is ok for some, but these are far over priced for what you get. If you want to live in a hole, find a cheap one. They are charging the going rate for something as nice as Belmont. I would consider staying if it were $150 a month all year and a month to month contract. They really need to put a little money into this place.
