Review for Brookview Apartments

I don't know where to begin. The place sucks, bad. Management is terrible - never there, rude, charges fines for things that are their fault, never fixes anything, and you have to threaten them to get anything done. I have no idea how the place qualifies as BYU approved, as we had noisy neighbors who often weren't BYU students at all (one a couple that smoked pot so often you could've gotten high off the fumes) and management made no effort to handle the situation and turned a blind eye. The apartments are terrible - NO weather stripping, so you freeze to death or pay a fortune for heating bills, old broken down appliances, tiny bedrooms, lousy furniture - and the windows don't actually "lock" so you can forget about security. Go ANYWHERE else - get as far away from Bookview as you can!
