Review for Brookview Apartments

I've been living at Brookview for about 8 months now and it has been a nightmare. I can hear everything in my apartment and the apartment below from my room which doesn't make sleep fun or easy. The walls magically leak cold air so much that I sleep with a beanie every night to keep my head warm. The internet here is about as bad is humanly possible and all in all the place looks like a rejected rat hole.
