Review for Grandview Manor Apartments

There's been 4 different managers in 3 years. The price goes up every year and pool opens later and later every year and closes sooner. They started charging pool visitors last year who don't live here, but are with tenants. Kids are everywhere, in the parking lot, on the stairs, on the walks which means toys are everywhere. I've had several issues in my apt over the years, including an outlet that caught fire and just last month, the ceiling in my bedroom collapsed because of water damage from the swamp cooler. There are FAR nicer places to rent around this area. The only reason I stayed was because of the hassle of moving and I knew I was only here for a few years. Take your $600/month and go live elsewhere!
