Review for Grandview Manor Apartments

This apartment complex is only good if you are ok living by state street and like to listen to the street racers on the weekend. Available parking is rare and lots of little kids riding their bikes and running around unsupervised.

It's a place to stay it remind me of a jail with walls of cinderblock. the management just changed recently and they aren't very friendly i liked the old managers better they where less robotic and more personal and understood tough situations.

On the plus side all utilities are paid including basic cable, there are no washer and dryer hook ups to my knowledge but they do have an on site laundry facility and a swimming pool, but heh, swim at your own risk.
