Review for Grandview Manor Apartments

We have lived here since June 2006 (it's now July 2007), and we have had a very good experience. The apartments are old, so don't look the greatest, but they are adequate. Our refrigerator leaks water inside, but that's really the only maintenance problem we've had.

Our apartment was broken into, but I do not feel that the crime levels here are any worse than anywhere else in Provo. The managers have been very helpful to us and have been very lenient on leasing issues. There is always plenty of parking.

I have never had any problem with noise, though we live in the building set back from State Street, not the one parallel to State Street.
