Review for The Riviera Apartments

Don't live here until they get new management. EVERYONE here knows how horrible the manager here is. He is not helpful AT ALL with any problems you have. It feels more like some guy who decided it might be fun to try running an apartment complex than a professional business. maintenance is slow, they lose work orders, and don't even get me started on the short office hours. Everything about this management sucks. they are not helpful at all. there is never any parking. apartments are good, big bedrooms, great wards, close to campus, but don't live here unless management changes.
