OK place to live but after 3 years I'll go crazy if we don't get out soon! If you move in buy yourself a large capacity air conditioner and rolling dishwasher which will also give you more counter space. You can sell the dishwasher and airconditioner to neighbors when you move out and your stay will be much more enjoyable. The phones can be anoying because you can't have a chordless unless it's digital. No doors on closets. Maitenance assistance is very prompt when you ask for it. They've never cleaned out the air vents and won't clean the outside windows (ever!) even when you are on a higher floor and can't clean them from inside.
