Major problems here with management. ( over a year ago )

You aren't reading a review from just an angry tennant. Most of the Riviera tennants are quite irritated with the Riviera management. Maintenance is slow, loses track of work orders, they overcharge a lot in the office for rent, they tack on fees they shouldn't, they are dishonest with the way they treat customers property. I had the manager hit on my friend in front of her mom when she moved in!! I love my ward, the bishop, the fun that we have. The neighboring wards are awesome too. I couldn't ask for better people to live around and associate with at the Riv. but management stinks to high heavens and needs to change before MORE lawsuits are filed and they completely go under. (yes, more!) <P>
