Nearby, residents may visit a number of retail and dining locations, such as Walgreen's, Burger King, Jo-Ann Fabric & Craft, Liquid Joe’s, and Kohl’s. Some tenant reviewers have been disappointed with Eastbrook because the staff can be hard to get a hold of, unless residents are persistent. Holladay On Ninth Apartments tenants will really enjoy living close to all the conveniences this property affords, including a nearby Pizza Hut, US Bank, Mad Greek Express, Goodwill, Subway, Black Cherry Market, and more. Situated on South 957 East, renters find themselves situated on a number of public transportation lines with several highways within a reasonable distance. The Landing (formerly known as Charleston) is located right downtown with close proximity to University of Utah, great views of the valley and the city. People who rent here are diverse, from grad students to the artsy crowd and young professionals. There is indoor parking and the units have recently been renovated but the renovation retained the charm of the original architecture. A big advantage of the location is walking to work or class or the nearby public transit. Double check what is included in the rent and what the additional cost to living here might be. Santa Fe Apartments include in-unit laundry hook-ups and handy storage, even in the smaller apartments. The pool and hot tub are popular and parking is convenient with assigned spaces near the door. Holladay Hills rests on Highland Drive close to Interstates 80, 215, & 15. Turnberry rests on Muirfield Drive, right near the beautiful Big Cottonwood Park.
