Sky Harbor is located on West North Temple, directly across Interstate 215 from SLC International Airport. Arby’s, Denny’s, Subway, China Delight, Apollo Burgers, and Taco Bell are just a few of the dining opportunities in the neighborhood. Residents enjoy a quick commute to just about every part of the city, and have access to public transportation. Reviews have been quite positive for Sky Harbor. There are some reviewers that complain of noise from the airport, but given its proximity, that is to be expected. Many reviewers are extremely pleased with the size of units and effectiveness of staff.

Terrace Apartments sits on South Main Street in the heart of the Salt Lake City metropolitan area. Residents enjoy easy access to all the city's public transportation, and the highways all converge nearby, so getting around should be a breeze. The University of Utah’s campus is not far either, so students may find this location a good rental alternative to living on campus or right next-door. Some reviewers complain that the complex is rowdy and note instances of area crime. But, a number of other reviewers spoke positively of their time at Terrace, citing the great location as one of the biggest perks.

Rain Tree Apartments are now known as The Village at Raintree. Apartments at The Village at Raintree are garden style, with individual entrances and well landscaped grounds. The location is ideal: close to the freeway for a quick commute and not far from downtown and nearby schools. Rents are reasonable considering the conveniences.

Liberty Metro is located on South 200 East, in the heart of Salt Lake City. The property is just around the corner from Washington Square, and there is a wide array of public transportation in the area, not to mention easy access to SLC’s network of highways; commuting should never be a problem for residents of Liberty Metro. A walk down the street will bring tenants to a plethora of bars and restaurants, including Salt Lake Coffee Break, Sizzler, Ichiban Sushi & Japanese, The Other Place, Charlie Chow’s Dragon Grill, Star of India, and The Green Pig Pub, just to name a few. Reviews have been very positive, with no complaints to mention, only great service and great rentals.

These apartments are a great find in Salt Lake City. Mark Twain Apartments have more square footage than most in the area, for the same or better prices. That alone keeps turnover down. Located right next to the Jordan River and the Jordan River Trail there is plenty to enjoy outdoors. If you check these out on a "move in special" know that those rates only apply to certain apartments.

Regency sits on South 200 East, just off of Interstate 80, and in the middle of all the action. Residents can find a wide array of shops and eateries nearby, such as Walmart, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Costco, Wendy’s, Starbucks, and Burger King. Reviewers have been quite pleased with Regency Apartments, praising the staff for being friendly and incredibly helpful. Maintenance is reportedly swift and efficient in performing repairs, and the complex is in great shape.

Broadmoor Village is situated on East 7800 South, at the base of the mountains. A short drive will bring tenants to the Willow Creek Shopping Center where residents can visit Subway, Rich’s Bagels, Rite Aid, and Ream’s Food Store. Renters can easily reach Interstate 215 for quick passage to the rest of SLC. Some reviewers felt the staff could be friendlier, and a few did not agree with their neighbor's recreational activities. That said, there are glowing reviews that praise Broadmoor for providing incredibly spacious units with nice amenities.

Hawthorne Court is on East 600 South, in the center of the city. The property is a short trip down the road to the University of Utah campus, not to mention all that Downtown SLC has to offer. McDonald’s, Rite Aid, Intermountain Guitar & Banjo, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Chili’s, Staples, Walgreen's, and much more are right around the corner. Reviews have been lukewarm. Several reviewers complain of high rent and do not always get along with the staff. But, many reviewers were fine with the shortcomings of the complex given its ideal location.
