Cobble Creek is on S 1300 E, in the Cottonwood West area of Salt Lake City Metro. The property permits easy access to Interstates 15 & 215. A short drive brings tenants to a number of attractive destinations, such as: Rite Aid, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, Chase Bank, Roma Ristorante, Fresh Market, Wendy’s, Del Taco, and The UPS Store, just to name a few. There have been a couple reviews which were critical of certain aspects of the construction at Cobble Creek. Springhill is just off of Interstate 215 on South Redwood Road. The property is adjacent to a variety of shopping and dining options, including Papa John’s Pizza, Walmart Supercenter, Applebee’s, Guitar Center, Café Rio Mexican, Showcase Cinemas, and Texas Roadhouse, just to name a few. Reviews for Springhill have been overwhelmingly positive. Maintenance staff is quick and effective. The management is kind and works hard to maintain a strong sense of community in the complex. Emigration Court is located on South 500 East, right in the heart of SLC. Residents enjoy access to a variety of public transport methods, and the highways all converge on downtown, so getting anywhere should be quick and painless. Shop-N-Go, Utah Federal Credit Union, Rite Aid, McDonald’s, Su Casa Mexican, Sweet Cake Bake Shop, Smoke Break Hookah Outlet, and Wells Fargo are just a few of the locations tenants can find right outside their door. The only complaint that reviewers seem to have with Emigration Court is the noise; loud music and partying. Foothill Place is located at the eastern edge of the city, right off of Interstate 80. Tenants may be comforted to know that the property is directly adjacent to Foothill Family Medical Clinic. In addition to the nearby highway, public transportation can carry residents anywhere in the city. Bombay House is an acclaimed restaurant which sits just down the road, so renters always have someplace to go for a nice night out. Unfortunately, some resident reviewers have been the victim of property crime and physical intimidation. Perhaps a remedy of this issue could make Foothill Place an even better rental option. Miller Estates is on South Lake Pines Drive, just off of the Van Winkle Expressway. Nearby, residents will find a number of dining and shopping options, including Wells Fargo, Walmart Supercenter, Arby’s, Subway, and others. For a day in the outdoors, Murray Park and Ken Price Field are close by. Reviewers have often complained of noise and inability to find parking. Towne Gate is located on SW Temple Street near Salt Lake City Community College and Derks Field. Residents are just down the street from the Interstate, so commuting is a cinch. Murray Ridge is also not far from a number of retail and dining locations, including Arctic Circle, Zion’s First National Bank, Cancun Café, 7-Eleven, Tickles, and Habits. A number of reviews complain that the buildings and units are not kept clean. Noise levels can also be tough to control.
