Brickstone Apartments is located on East 3300 South, in the heart of all the action. Residents enjoy easy access to Interstate 15 and Interstate 80; so getting anywhere in the area is a breeze. The Dawg Pound Tavern, Mi Ranchito, Red Ginger Bistro, Century 16 Theater, and Rancho Markets are just a few of the many conveniences Brickstone renters enjoy. Reviews have been quite positive. Many reviews laud the staff for maintaining a beautiful property and being ready to help at the drop of a hat. Pinnacle Fort Union sits on East 6720 South, just off of Interstate 215, and right down the road from Wheeler Historic Farm. Nearby are a variety of restaurants and stores for tenants to visit, such as Walmart Supercenter, La Puente, Belgian Waffle & Omelet Inn, OfficeMax, and Winger’s Bar & Grill. Meadowbrook Station is located on Howick Street, just off of Interstate 15, giving renters easy access to just about every part of the city. For a brisk walk in the park, residents may take advantage of nearby Harmony Park. Prospective tenants will also be pleased to know that there are many restaurants and retail locations in the neighborhood, including Left Fork Grill, Family Dollar, Mi Ranchito, Gino’s Bar, and more. The property is also just around the way from Salt Lake Community College, so that is something to keep in mind. Raintree is on North 900 West, directly off of Interstate 15. Salt Lake City International Airport is nearby, but not near enough to cause noise issues. Raintree may be a good option for airport employees. But, proximity to the highway makes getting anywhere else in SLC a breeze. And, if residents need a bite to eat, they can visit Tacos Daniel or El Cabrito, right down the street. Reviews have been quite positive for the complex. A number of reviews compliment the staff for being kind and responsive when issues come up. Maintenance staff always responds fast and effectively.
