If tenants are pursuing higher education, the University of Utah, Utah State University, and Salt Lake Community College are close by. Fox Point In Old Farm Apartments has great grounds. There are well kept lawns and mature trees, perfect for dog owners, and the complex is very pet friendly. These apartments are in a very residential area (quieter streets and traffic) than other Salt Lake apartment complexes. Rents are from average to higher average for the area and the amenities are worth the price.Orangearrow Read all reviews...

The choices of apartments at Eagles Landing range from very small (400 square feet) and very affordable to mid size 2 bedroom units. Hook-ups are available for stacked washers and dryers, but I would opt for using the laundry room since space is at a premium. Shopping and public transit are close and so is access to the freeway. Covered parking is available. The grounds are nice and green with a great pool and the mountain views are great. Orangearrow Read all reviews...

To enjoy living at Park Capitol you do have to want city living...meaning shopping and public transit are all within walking distance and a studio apartment on an upper floor gives you great views and a balcony the full length of the living space. Park Capitol has a variety of layouts available at city dwelling prices. Small fireplaces add to the city/valley/mountain ambiance and central air makes sense with Salt Lake City's warm summers. Apartments on the Green is a large complex in Salt Lake City with one, two and three bedroom units available. There is a playground, pool and tennis courts for outdoor activities and the complex is pet friendly. The buildings are spread over numerous acres, so the feeling is more garden style than city, but close to downtown Salt Lake. The freeways are also nearby so you can get anywhere in the valley in minutes. Ask about the costs in addition to rent.Orangearrow Read all reviews...
