Review for Avalon Apartments

First of all these apartments are very small and poorly insulated, I would have the heating on high and it would still be cold, therefore the utility bills were quite high.

The worst part of living in this apartment was the Landlord - he is very immature and has a bad temper. On many occassions he has called me and other tennants names and he has even yelled at me.

I would highly recommend that you find a different appartment to rent from.
