I really liked the Brookside Appartments, its in an awesome location right next to the CottonWood Creek. It was priced right when I lived there, though their Constant Rate hikes got old. Only issues is that the parking lot has very little light, so cars are broken into a lot. (Mine was broken into 3 times, after the 2nd time I left it unlocked as the window cost more to replace then them taking my Wal-Mart Mats)
If you want to move there, tell management that you wont until they put up lights under the covered parking, once that is in it would be a really nice place to live.
