This complex is horrible! Since November they have changed management over three times that I can think of. They are so nice to you and kiss your butt when you come to pay rent, but as soon as you ask them to do something they turn into satan. I had a package arrive by UPS that was dropped off in the office because I wasn't home. I went into with my package delivery slip and they couldn't find my package. After about a week of fighting with them and then dealing with UPS my package mysteriously appeared in their office. It was open and had obviously been taken out of the box. Right now they are in the middle of remodeling the common grounds and it looks like a war zone. There is debris everywhere. My dog cut her paws on some wire that was just left in the grass where children play. They have pieces of concrete scattered about the property that could trip people or damage car tires. I am so glad that my lease expires soon because I can not take living with this management team anymore! The maintenance staff is just as bad as the managers and they all look like a bunch of pedophiles! One of the maintenance guys even tried to steal my window air conditioning unit from my because he said it belonged to the company. The community has also gone to crap. Gangbangers hang out at all hours of the day and night. They play their music loud all night long and cause problems with other residents and each other. Please save yourself some hassel and look elsewhere.
