My husband and I have lived at the City View Apartments for the past year and a half. Management has always been more than friendly, and are quick to attend to the needs of tenants. The apartments that face 4th south are noisier than the others. Our apartment faces the street however I've gotten used to the sound of the Trax and morning traffic. The view from our living room and bedroom is amazing, and we can see almost the entire valley. These apartments are wonderful, especially for the price. We have definitely enjoyed living here and have no intentions of moving until we buy a home.
