Review for Cobble Creek Apartments

Attention Non-Smokers! Do not move into this apartment! They ask if you'd like a smoking or non-smoking room but their contract says, "Resident agrees that smoking is allowed both in and around the resident's aparment. Resident agrees that smoke may drift into his/her apartment." We had a problem of the unit below our's smoking. Their smoke would seep into our unit and when we took this issue to management they were not helpful at all and said we agreed to smoke being able to drift into our room. They shouldn't even ask if you want a smoking or non-smoking room because it really makes no difference. Stay away from this place!
