Review for Cobble Creek Apartments

well i do agree very much with every other comment about the staff- girls that probably dropped out of highschool and cant get any other job...they will charge you $75 if you rent is 2days late and an additional $15 just for them having to print out a paper saying that you late! only good thing was that they came by within hours of any maintenace complain...well better yet since something breaks like every 3 months...the apartment itself was comfortable and i loved the white kitchen, but if you rent the bottom apartment beware of something- you gotta bring spider killing skills with you cause you'll have to kill between 1-3 like every single day in summer and fall, and when the spider season is over have fun with the ants building their little towns in you apartment. if you like art then you'll love the little pictures the mold can draw on your walls... but all in one it wasnt that bad, i dont regret living here for a year-but im not sad im leaving either :) i guess you have to check it out yourself before making any decisions
