We stayed in El Caliente for a year. The apartment management changed 3 times within that year. When we were moving out, there was no apartment manager to check condition of apartment. 3 months later we received a call from collections agency. Supposedly we owed for cleaning and damages. Way to go Apartment Management! An actual bill or a notice prior to sending people to collections, would be nice. I've never heard of anything like that. It's outrageous. And I am not even mentioning the condition of the apartment building (the parking lot that looks like an ice skating arena during winter or the washing machines that never work ...) Yeah, it's a bit cheaper than other places, but if you consider the made up charges (such as damages that no one can see) or damage caused by being sent to collections ... you might wanna ask yourselves if it's really worth it
