These apartments are terrible managed. The owners make it impossible for you to to get any service because they can not keep a management team hired. They keep their identity hidden so they don't have to take the calls and complaints which there are many of. If you ever think you are going to get your deposit back.. forget it.. You may as well feel free about trashing the place and not paying last months rent. Because even if the apartment looks better than when you moved in and all your paper work is in order... They convieniently lose it so they don't have to pay you back. As for safety in the apartment... if your windows don't lock how safe is that. After 5 months of complaing they still don't lock...We were going to sign a year lease but the day we walked in and seen the apartment that was to be ready for us we decided to only sign a 6 months lease. Thought we would see if they took care of the things they promised...HaHa that was a joke... The carpet was trashed... the management team that painted the walls before we move in didn't even put drop cloths down.. just let the paint fall on the carpet and counters. But of course when we move out it was our fault the carpet was stained... But it is amazing that the rugs we put down wall to wall so we wouldn't have to walk on the carpet were in perfect condition!!! Kitchen cabinet are trash. Airconditioner didn't work. Bathroom fixtures were loose... Paint all over the bathroom sink Bathroom vanity was trash. Bath tub stained, fixtures in terrible shape. Nice big closet. Shelving falling down. Carpet gross even in there. Would I recommed this place to live... only to my worst enemy!!! It's a hole and the owners could careless!! Just there to take your money and ripe off your deposit... BEWARE DON'T RENT FROM PEOPLE THAT WONT GIVE YOU THE OWNERS NAME AND PHONE NUMBER.
