Its new but It looks like subsidized housing Loud, especially if you are on the inside where the orgy tub is Stuff is always broke. I do mean always Maint has been in my unit15 times in under 6 months and left thee unit unlocked with the key in the door one time. The scarey thing is they didnt notice the key was gone for over two weeks. This place is run by idiots
