My job requires that I travel and I am in and out of apartments all over the world...from that perspective, this place is cheap (Quality), poorly designed, and overpriced.
I even feel bad spending company money on this place....
The short list if things to know: --The lease office/ maintenance office is left in the dark about when things will happen and gives the same 'in one more week' answer for months, on end. --The tanning salon advertised out front has never worked and the latest answer I received was 'upper management' is taking care of it. (four months of waiting) --The evaluator breaks down several times per week. I dont mind stairs, but there are a few folks...older people, and folks with special needs that are SOL --The fire alarm system is broken. There has been a fire alarm going off each day this week...at the same time each day. --My apartment faces toward the courtyard. They use search lighted to light this area so if you like a dark room for sleeping...forget about it. --The apartments are small and have little storage. I travel with 2.5 suite cases and I have a hard time finding enough storage. --The sport court promised has not happened&see tanning salon for the answer the leasing office gives
Just stuff to keep in mind when considering this place because the leasing agents will not tell you any of this.
