Review Title:   This Place Is Run By Morons
Reviewer:   Anonymous
Review Date:   5/9/2007

When I read the reviews for this place I can tell I am not alone.

The biggest problem is the staff. These people are truly morons. They never do anything immediately. They tell you they will ask their supervisor or somebody else to shrug off the responsiblity. If you don't follow up with them with daily phone calls you can forget about it. You really need to baby these guys. They seem irritated when calling them. Some of them tuly reflect a lack of professionalism and customer service skills. I have no clue who hires these boneheads

The hot tub is never hot. When you tell them about this they just explain that people keep shutting it off. Naturally, they'll "look into it" or "talk to their maintenance" about the problem but it will still be cold.

Their ear piercing fire alarm has gone off on several occassions since we moved in here. Recently the fire sprinkler even activated. That was hell.

It definately has that "frat house" quality to it. I've gone into the elvator when there has been beer and hard liquor spilled in it. There have been beer bottles broken in the stair well. People go in the hot tub after hours (it's secure access so the management could talk to these people if they gave a damn).

The parking situation sucks unless you purchase underground reserved parking. They're asking an additional $50 for this so be prepared to pay up.

For what it's worth I don't have noise problems like other people do, but maybe I'm the one making the noise.

The underground parking is nice, but pricey. Also it is rare to have such a new building in this area. You have the assurance of knowing that your unit probably wasn't a meth lab at some point. Also, it's close to a lot of stuff, which I like.

Is any of that worth it? In my opinion, no.
