this place is a hell hole. the management is a bunch of idiots, more interested in using the gym equipment i was paying to use than solving problems. i was supposed to move out at the end of May. I explained that I was moving out before then, but I'd pay for all of May, of course. But I explained I would only move out before the end of May if they found a new leasee and would prorate my rent. They didn't understand this set-up nor how it was actually mutually beneficial because I would get half my rent back and they could charge a new tenant more money than they were getting from me. They didn't get a new tenant. I called and told them I would be moving out at the end of May. I could tell that the receptionist didn't write any of this down. a week before the end of the month the manager calls and leaves a message, wondering when I'm moving out. Gee, if you're receptionist wrote messages down, you'd know! Besides, I was paid through the end of the month! maintenance was good, nice, honest. parking underground is rape at $50/month. where do you think we live? a real city?!?! ha. parking behind the bldg is free, but there's rarely any spaces, especially since the leasing agents park their cars there. they use the fitness center at PEAK hours, so tenants are left to wait their turn. excuse me?!!? i'm paying to use the equipment. they use the tanning salon, which is finally working. the business center is just in the works. management is basically full of lies - do not believe anything they tell you! don't live here. so many better places for less!
