Where to even begin This building is brand new. Yet everything just falls apart to the slightest touch. Like they built it as part of a sick joke on you. We have been here in a unit that hadn't been lived in yet for 3 months. Both faucets have broke. Our shower head and the knob to turn it on. The Cabinets are falling apart. That is just the bathroom. Every single knight there are kids having parties in their apartments. Which is fine except nearly every night something happens. Whether it is fire alarms going off or fire sprinklers or the fact you just can't find a space because they are all takin by party goers. The staff are idiots. You live in a place whos idea of where to put your trash is a room in a hallway full of plug ins and garbage cans they take out once or twice a week. You can literally smell it in throughout the halls. Since we moved in our apt has nearly been flooded twice by fire sprinklers from stupid kids screwing around and been awoken in the middle of the night by fire alar ms several times. Just don't plan on living here if you don't love chaos cause this place is full of it. Look at this website. It is full of nothingbut bad reviews on this place. See if any other buiding in salt lake gets this many bad ones.
