Ok, first I just want to say that all these people that write all these negative reviews are the people that are causing all the problems. I can almost guaruntee that they are the ones that are causing all the noise issues and are breaking rules and that is why they hate it so bad and take it out on the management. If they worked in the office I gauruntee they would do their best and people would feel the same way about them!! These are all young people who need to grow up! If you break rules you are going to have to pay the consequences!
Now for the apartment. They are so nice. They are brand new and all the appliances are new. They have all appliances included. I live right by the elevators and I don't ever hear anything from them or my nieghbors! My husband and I have rented at ALOT of different apartments and these are not any more than everything else downtown and they are alot nicer! We are actually paying less for a nicer place! The maintenance staff is awesome! They will do everything in their power to get your service requests done right away. I have never had to wait more than a day to get something fixed. Now if you have lived anywhere else you know that is great. The parking is great because it is secured and underground. They also have cameras down in the garage so if anything happens you can go back and look on the tapes. I have never had anything happen but it is nice to know they are there.
Yes it is $25 extra, but I would like to see you go anywhere else downtown that has that good of parking period!
The office staff is awesome! They are all really nice and they are very friendly. They actually treat you like you mean something instead of just treating you like another number.
In every apartment there are going to be things that go wrong but it is how the management handles it that really counts. The management here does everything they can to make the resident happy. They will always side in your favor.
I have had some things happen, just life things, and they are so helpful and really try to fix it!
I would definetly reccomend living here and I talk to my neighbors that live here about this all the time and they all feel the same way!
