NOISE! Look, do not trust the previous review on 12/6. I am a young professional who lived in the building less than 1 year ago. OVERWHELMINGLY, the reviews are negative for a reason and they are not left by the students who are partying and causing problems in the building. There was frequently trash left in the hallways by stupid college kids. There's NO recycling! C'mon - we live in the 21st century - don't you think we should be recycling our soda cans, at least?!?!?
The apts are overpriced. They had to redo the entire courtyard because water was leaking into the garage. Oh - and it's lie that the garage parking is $25... it's $50/month. Good luck getting parking above ground - it's always full. There was a so-called security guy, but he seemed to work 9-5. Late night hot tubbers were never busted and their conversations echoed throughout the inner courtyard. The maintenance staff was nice and efficient, but it's true that the shower faucet constantly came off. The elevators were broken down on numerous occasions, which was appalling considering the handicapped people in the building.
Above all, I was livid to find the apt management staff working out in the fitness center at "peak" hours. There wasn't enough equipment for them to be in there, using machines ahead of residents who paid for it! REALLY OVERPRICED. REALLY NOT WORTH IT. Do your homework.
