2 Reviews Below Was Management. Worst Apt Possible

If after reading these reviews you still decide to live here it is your problem I wish you all the pain and misery that will ensue. The comment 2 below is admittedly that of the management. I was in their office while they were all discussing the bad marks and one of them said its okay Ill just review it right now. They then proceeded to write the review. So its a fake. The main problems are as follows
1.The apt was built in the cheapest possible way. The original architects who designed it have gone on record saying that they gave the original plans to Metric Properties and were told to make it cost less. When they explained that it was not possible without compromising the integrity of the units they were fired. It shows each apt will fall apart in every possible way. In the first month we lived there both faucets broke, the shower head broke, the carpet started to come up at door ways, the washer and dryer broke, the closet door broke, the thermostat broke, and several drawers just seemingly fell apart. Contractor friends had come over and laughed about how everything was the cheapest possible solution. That is okay for some apartments but for 1000 dollars a month in a 1 bed room that is just unacceptable.
2.You might as well rent a room in a frat house. Also in the first month we were there. 3 floors on one 1/4 of the building flooded due to kids running down the hall knocking of sprinkler heads. 2 times a week the fire alarm would be set off from kids shooting extinguishers in the hall. People running up and down the halls at all hours. Drunk people knocking on our door trying to find home. Throw up all over the building. People throwing things off the balcony's and yelling loudly. It was out of control.
3.The management is not there to help you but to screw you in every way possible. When we first moved in we had 3 friends that were moving into 3 separate apartments. All 4 of us moved out within a month of each other. All 4 of us were charged bizarre fees for random utilities and things we never got. When asked for documentation to show what these fees were for the magically disappered. Its just a big scam. If you live here get everything in writing and make them sign it to prove it when you move out.
4. Welcome to walking up and down stairs for everything. Since the management monopolizes the workout room for most of the day you can get good exercise from walking the flights. The 3 elevators in the building were broken easily half the month every month we were there. Not necessarily because they were bad elevators, a friend of mine in the elevator union has explained that it is because of either misuse or lack or matinence. In eithier case they are broken more often than not. People in wheelchairs have been stuck on the higher floors for days.
5.Parking is not secured because the garage doors are always broken so they leave them up. We have 2 brand new cars that have been vandalized by people in the garage.
6. i could go on for days they are evil and when asked about any of it you will get "what do you want me to do about it" or "You should have read the fine print"
