I'm usually not a downer type of person, so I'll start with the few positive aspects first. There was security personnel I saw on several occassions. However, they usually came to control the so called "loud" noise from the hot tub area around 10 pm. The hot tub was nice, minus a time when it was broken. Speaking of broken, the main elevator was not working at least half the time I lived there. (I lived on the 6th floor and this really got to be a pain, especially when it was out for three days in a row as I was moving.)
The management, expect maybe one or two people, is very rude. A woman working in the leasing office actually called my roommate a bitch to a friend of ours! You should not have to put up with this in a place you are living.
Priced way too high for a place that constantly jerks you around. They make it appear nice, but the rooms in the apartment are already falling apart. A shelf in our pantry wasn't even screwed in.
They are not accomodating. As someone else mentioned there is not recycling. For such a new large complex, this doesn't seem acceptable.
Lastly, so like I said the elevators were broken for three days while I was trying to move. One of the managers said I could take a few more days because of this. So, I've moved out and realized I left some food in my freezer. I was going to give them my keys back anyways, so I go up to my room and they have already changed the locks without informing me! And they threw out my food. Seriously, this place is a JOKE! Do not move in, unless you liked to get screwed over!
