I love where I live. The grounds are always well maintained. My friends can come over without having to worry about parking. The HOT, hot tub is impressive and a fun social place. I feel like it's a safe place to live with the key card access, underground parking, dead bolt doors, security cameras, and security patrol company. The staff used to not be so bright, but there's new staff. The maintenance guys are quick to respond (24 hours) to anything that needs fixing. I like my neighbors, but like better that I don't hear them. Sometimes there's noise as people down the hallway, but that's it. Overall it's been a good experience and I'm going to renew my contract.
