The management staff at this apartment complex is disorganized and fails notify in tenants of problems in a reasonable time. Their customer service is poor and lacks the personal touch needed to make tenants want to stay and live at the property for extended periods. They are rude and will not reason with the tenant even if they made a mistake. I would avoid this property unless you want problems with the Manager and Assistant Manager of the complex.
