Talk about an interesting place. My car was stolen in the first two months of living there. The building was just sold and the new managment is HORRIBLE. They will enter your apartment without notice. Construction is going on now (2008) and it is awful!!! The new balconies are unstable - a child could easily go through them. Pounding starts at 6:00 am and will be going on for at least the next eight months (through mid 2009). After construction we were no longer allowed to have a satellite. Which cost us $100 for early termination with the satellite company!!! The management is very inconsistent one person will tell you one thing and then the next person will tell you the opposite, and try to yell at you for doing what the first person told you was right. Party central, which is great if that's what you want to do. You could never take a kid to the pools here too much drinking. And the fitness center is finally complete but took YEARS longer than expected. You can hear everything going on in people's apartments through the hallway doors. This place started out okay but after it was sold it went downfill QUICKLY. I would never live here again and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
