I have lived here for nine months and since then, i have had 2 cars vandalized, and 1 stolen. I have also had my jeans stolen out of the laundry room and the other night, i was walking my dogs only to see a drunk man urinating on the trash dumpster wall. There are broken beer bottles on the sidewalks. Although,i must say the grounds keepers do try to pick it up and they do try to keep the grounds clean and manicured. The staff is pretty good and friendly. And for the rest of the renters here, most of the are nice also and work hard for a living. It's that 10% that ruins it for everyone else. I have seen about 7 incidences of broken car windows, and 2 incidences of all 4 tires slashed. My Nieghbors ubove and to the side of me love to shake the walls with thier music, but thats only in the day. It's still irritating day after day.All in all, the staff is nice, most of the people are nice and the grounds are pretty for the most part (but damp). But it is a VERY high crime place!!
