The management is impossible to reach, even though they have on site managers. Hallways are not well lit during the day (no windows, and lights don't come on till after dark). No on site maintenance staff. No A/C, heating is insufficient. Parking lot extremely icy during winter, never salted nor cleared. Rear stairway in extremely poor repair. Mold and mildew rampant in bathroom from move-in date, management was aware and did nothing to rectify.
