I move about every two years. Of all the rentals I've lived in for the last 12 years my experience with Jansen Estates was the worst. I couldn't wait for my lease to END! The management doesn't give a crap if the ceiling is landing on your head and the food in your fridge is rotting because the dam* thing is broken. Stay far away from this apartment complex!
